Terms of Service – Horizon Live (Beta Access)

By signing up for the Horizon Live Beta, you agree to the following terms between you and M J Bushby Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Beta Nature of the Product

Horizon Live is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. Access is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Communication

By providing your email, you agree to receive messages from us regarding beta access, updates, and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

All content and technology provided as part of Horizon Live remain the property of M J Bushby Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd. Access does not grant any ownership or license beyond limited beta use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the beta at any time, for any reason, especially if the terms are violated.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy below for how we handle your data.

7. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve Horizon Live. We are not obligated to compensate or attribute your feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the beta product.
